Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Leadly ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the Leadly web application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Leadly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access Leadly, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Leadly offers a free plan limited to 5 leads, and a Pro plan (currently $15/month) with unlimited leads and access to advanced features. Plan limits are enforced server-side.

We reserve the right to change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) to leads or any third parties
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

6. Payments and Refunds

Pro plan billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

Leadly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data (leads, notes, follow-up records) remains yours at all times.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
